Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Fantasy Goblin, including accounts, fantasy sports tools, connected leagues, MCP access, and merchandise orders.
What Fantasy Goblin Provides
Fantasy Goblin provides fantasy sports rankings, league tools, connected-provider features, merchandise, and MCP access. Most site features and MCP access are free with a Fantasy Goblin account. Features may change, improve, or be removed over time, and we do not promise that any specific feature will always remain available or always remain free.
Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping control of your login.
- You may not impersonate another person or try to access accounts, data, or systems without permission.
- We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that harms the service.
MCP and Your AI App
MCP lets you connect a supported external AI client (such as Claude) to your own Fantasy Goblin account so it can read data you authorize, like your rankings, notes, tags, and connected leagues. MCP access requires a Fantasy Goblin account and your explicit authorization, and it is free with your account. Your AI app is a separate service: its provider may charge for usage or require a paid plan under its own terms, and those costs are between you and that provider.
Merchandise Orders
Merchandise is made to order and purchased separately. Pricing, shipping availability, and our replacement/refund policy are on the Purchases & Refunds page.
Outside Services
Parts of the site rely on outside services, which may include Sleeper and Yahoo for league data, ESPN for fantasy league and roster data via the optional ESPN Helper browser extension, Stripe for payments, and Printful for merchandise production and fulfillment. If you connect an external AI client to Fantasy Goblin through MCP, that client is also a separate outside service with its own terms. These services can affect accuracy, uptime, availability, and feature behavior, and your use of them may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
Fantasy Goblin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ESPN, Sleeper, Yahoo, Stripe, Printful, Anthropic, or any other third-party service referenced on this site. ESPN, ESPN Fantasy, and related marks are trademarks of ESPN, Inc. Sleeper is a trademark of Sleeper, Inc.
What You Cannot Do
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, overload, or interfere with the service.
- Use bots or automation in ways that bypass intended limits or create unreasonable load.
- Misuse MCP, OAuth authorization, our APIs, connected fantasy-provider access, or other site infrastructure, including trying to access another account's data or exceed what you were authorized to access.
- Use the site to break laws, harass others, or violate third-party rights.
Content and Rights
Fantasy Goblin, its branding, and the site code are owned by us or our licensors. You keep rights to content you submit, but you give us permission to process and display it as needed to operate the service.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
Fantasy Goblin is provided as is and as available. Rankings, values, trades, projections, responses from an AI app you connect through MCP, and data retrieved from connected fantasy providers are informational tools, and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee accuracy, fantasy success, trade outcomes, uninterrupted uptime, or that any AI response or third-party data will always be correct. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on anything you see or read on the site or through an AI app you connect to Fantasy Goblin.
Service Changes and Updates
We may add, change, or discontinue features including MCP and merchandise and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
